Friendly staff, clean rooms, along with great-smelling in-house toiletries like face wash, shampoo, and conditioner, made my family’s stay enjoyable, and the convenient location allowed easy access to Omiya Station for exploring the area.

Couple getaway worth the money

The staff was incredibly helpful, they let us leave our luggage after checkout to continue exploring. The outdoor spa was exactly what we needed after a long day, it’s so relaxing under the stars, I felt my stress melting away.

It wasn’t the cheapest stay but it was still reasonable for what we got.

The hotel is situated within a short walk from Omiya station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I really enjoyed the spacious room with a great view and the rooftop onsen was a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The nearby shops and restaurants added to the overall enjoyable experience. One aspect that could be improved is the clarity around late check-out charges, as I wasn’t informed of additional fees during my stay.

The queen room was spacious with a comfy bed and AC that worked great. It had a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and a nice little lounge area. The bathroom had everything you needed but was small. They provided daily bottled water and cute pajamas. Plus, there was a hot tub and sauna available for some relaxation.

The Queen Room was super spacious for Japan and had a comfy bed with great pillows. I loved the indirect lighting and the little lounge area was nice too! The fridge was handy for the complimentary water they stocked daily. Bathroom was compact but functional. Plus, it was clean, and the AC worked like a charm! Only small downside was the bathroom size. Overall, a relaxing stay.

I had an amazing time walking to nearby Kanezuka Park and exploring the Omiya Archaeological Museum during my stay, both of which were just a short distance away and perfect for my leisurely city strolls.
